Chesterbrook Academy Preschool
Malvern, PA
A safe, nurturing environment is the standard for
Chesterbrook Academy’s multiple locations and the newest
building is no exception. The one-story, pitched-roof building
complements the residential Malvern neighborhood while
serving parents who work in nearby offices. Chesterbrook’s
management, Nobel Learning Communities, maintains
multiple preschools in the region and is the fifth-largest
private child care organization in the United States.

Arborcrest 5
Blue Bell, PA
Targeted to draw innovative companies, this sleek
renovation for Spear Street Capital resulted in a high-
tech building with an industrial vibe. Located in Blue Bell,
Arborcrest contains a café, fitness center and basketball
court as well as offices. A two-story lobby with grand
stair connects to the sunny central core, while full-height
windows provide expansive views. Strategic conservation
of the original building kept tons of construction waste out
of landfills.
