The former site of the Llanrech Quarry, in the heart of Delaware County required over one year of extensive
sitework and road infustructure to construct a new 250,000 square foot retail canter. Major anchors include
Giant Supermarket with gas kiosk, Lowes and Panera Bread. The project received a Gold Award for Best
Mixed-Use Redevelopment by Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal.
