IMC delivered a four phased renovation and expansion to the MarketFair Mall in Princeton, NJ. New
tenants were wrapped around the existing mall for new tenants including: Seasons 52, Bahama Breeze,
Corner Bakery, Eastern Mountain Sports and Barnes and Noble relocated to a new state-of-the-art store
design.
