CHAIRMAN,

TMC PENANG 125TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

My warmest greetings to everyone. As we celebrate the 125th anniversary of our church, I would like
to take this opportunity to honor and thank God for all the blessings bestowed upon the congregation
throughout the 125 years.

The Tamil Methodist Church Penang is the first Tamil Methodist church to be established in Malaysia.
I believe the church has played a vital role in impacting the lives of people in our community tremen-

dously. I praise God for His grace and mercy that has always remained with the congregation all these
years.

As we celebrate the church’s existence for 125 years, we, the church, must renew our commitment
and rekindle our passion to glorify God and to advance the kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The members and the organizing committee had worked zealously to ensure that the glory of God will
prevail in this celebration.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the pastor, members and the organizing committee for all
the hard work put in to ensure the success of this celebration.

We, the church family, are looking forward to the future of the church by seeking his guidance.
