Pre-workout


                                                 Protein Pancakes


               Ingredients

               Sugar free syrup 2 tbsp   ( https://amzn.to/2PAzK1X )
               1 tbsp Kerry gold butter

               ½ large banana sliced

               1 tbsp peanut butter

               1 strawberry sliced

               2 tbsp sugar free Hershey’s chocolate chips (  https://amzn.to/2BgL0rj )
               1 scoop protein isolate vanilla equate (  https://amzn.to/2KenVZi  )

               1 egg and 2 egg whites

               Pinch of salt

               Add water if needed

               Directions:
               Coat frying pan with nonstick olive oil spray

               Mix eggs, salt and protein powder together until smooth

               Set stove to medium

               Cook until you see bubbles, or the outside edge turns brown just before you flip drop in your
               chocolate chips, then flip

               Smear on peanut butter and butter

               Slice banana and strawberry place on top

               Finally get your ass in the gym you got the fuel to crush that shit
