               Ingredients

               1 whole wheat tortilla large
               5 oz grilled sliced chicken

               1 cup cooked white rice

               1 – 5-inch sweet potato

               1 lime small

               Pinch of Garlic salt
               Pinch of Oregano

               1 tbsp taco seasoning

               Directions

                   1.  Make rice first, as it takes longer use bag for directions 1/3 cup dry yields 1 cup cooked
                   2.  Chop Sweet potato into small cubes and sauté until soft

                       Heat
                   4.  Slice and sauté 5 oz of chicken breast
                   5.  Add in all seasonings as you cook
                   6.  Once finished, add a bed of rice to your tortilla topped with sweet potato and finally the
                       chicken breast.
                   7.  Cut lime in half and squeeze both halves generously over top of your burrito
                   8.  Drink a large glass of water and relax you did well my friend
