Travel Agreement Continued
Fares. In accordance with the travel policies established by the Client and individual travelers. Agent agrees
that he or she shall offer the lowest applicable airfare available at the time of ticketing and based on travel
guidelines given by traveler or travel planner. Internet fares will be offered in accordance with your travel
policy.
Hours of Operation and Emergency Services. Agent shall render travel services during hours of operation
which conform with the Client’s normal office hours. Agent shall provide emergency travel services after
normal hours by means of a worldwide toll-free or collect telephone service operating continuously 365 days a
year.
Personal Preference Profiles. The Agent servicing center shall utilize the personal preference profiles
submitted by the Client’s authorized travelers to enable Agent to consistently identify and respond to the
preferences of each individual traveler with respect to airline, seat selection, hotel, car rental, mileage
numbers and other passenger travel services. The GDS provides secure storage of each traveler’s information,
as required by Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
Employee Training. Tangerine Travel provides on-going essential skills training for all employees. We have a
full time in-house Training Facilitator and a dedicated training classroom. From access to one of the world’s
largest resources for online travel training, the OTT Group, to the latest Travelport Global Distribution System
training modules, Tangerine provides up-to-date and relevant training for our travel industry professionals.
Management Reports. Summary management reports for individual business travel and group travel shall be
provided by Agent to Client as mutually agreed upon.
Passport and Visa Assistance. At the Client’s request, Agent shall assist the Client’s authorized representatives
in obtaining the required documents for international travel. The Client shall reimburse Agent for the actual
out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Agent in connection with this service.
Conference and Convention Services. At the Client’s request, Agent shall make available the resources of its
specialized regional divisions to assist the Client in its conference and convention planning needs at such rates
as shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Orientation Seminars. Agent shall provide orientation seminars at the Client’s location to ensure a clear
understanding of the travel services to be provided by Agent in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
All seminars and assistance shall be provided by a Client-dedicated Account Manager
Quality Surveys. Agent shall conduct quality control surveys among the Client’s travelers to ensure consistent
delivery of travel services and traveler satisfaction.
