Travel Agreement Continued

Authorized Travelers and Travel Policies. Client shall provide Agent with a list of its authorized travelers and

travel policies and periodically update such lists.

VIP Profiles. Client shall instruct its travelers who travel frequently or have special preferences to complete a

VIP Profile and submit such to Agent so that Agent can ensure the efficient handling of their travel needs.

CONFIDENTIALITY. The Client and Agent agree that all information pertaining to the other, and obtained

pursuant to the negotiation and/or administration of this Agreement, shall be maintained in strict confidence

and shall not be released or disclosed to any other corporation, company, association or individual for any

reason whatsoever except as required by law.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER. Tangerine Travel, Ltd. and Anjilis LLC act only as agent for the client in acquiring

transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients benefit, and

on the express condition that Tangerine Travel, Ltd. and Anjilis LLC shall not be responsible for any loss,

accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason

or any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of

the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.

CONCUR ONLINE BOOKING DISCLAIMER. Concur, Inc. is an independent company and Tangerine Travel, Ltd.

and Anjilis LLC act only as a reseller of the Concur Travel product. Tangerine Travel, Ltd. and Anjilis LLC are not

responsible to errors, downtime, product functions or problems. We shall not be liable or responsible for any

loss, fees, errors or omissions from the Concur product.
