In each emergency procedure that requires a check or reset of a
Mechanical Circuit Breaker (MCB), a location code has been provided.
The code indicates the panel name (e.g., P FWD), row from the top FUEL
(e.g., R1) and circuit breaker position from the left (e.g., #1) to include
empty circuit breaker positions. The following is a list of abbreviations
