III. Control box stand The control box stand is consisting of control box, DC
geared motor and hammer lifter. The circuit of the electronic
parts is all in the control box. The LCD screen, emergency
push button, LED and push start button is attached on the
control box. Another important parts in control box stand is
hammer lifter made by a solid carbon steel 9mm plate. The
hammer lifter will be lifting the hammer when the DC
geared motor is switch on.
The Arduino Integrated Development Environment or Arduino Software (IDE) contains a text
editor for writing code, a message area, a text console, a toolbar with buttons for common functions
and a series of menus. It connects to the Arduino and hardware to upload programs and communicate
with them. Programs written using Arduino Software (IDE) are called sketches. Figure 2 shown the
example of the sketches are written in the text editor and are saved with the file extension.ino.

Figure 3 shown the program using Arduino IDE connected with the electronic hardware to
communicate with them whereby indirectly giving instruction to the mechanical component such as
hammer lifter.
