ccupational Health and Safety (OH&S) often referred to as Workplace Health
and Safety (WHS), involves the assessment and minimization of risks that may
Oimpact the health, safety or welfare of those in a workplace. This may include
the health and safety of the customers, employees, visitors, contractors, volunteers
and suppliers. Every business owner has to comply with some legal requirement s to
ensure their workplace meets OH&S obligations.
