                                                      I  front to  back, over the foundation
                                                     object or rope.



















                           Bring the working end up,
                        2  and diagonally across, in
                        front  of the standing part and
                        then back down  behind the
                        foundation object.


                                                                Bring the working end up
                                                             3  alongside  the diagonal
                                                             crossing turn  and take a second
                                                             wrapping turn around the
                                                             object and  the standing part .
