                     •  Proposal Specialist updates RFP information in Salesforce opportunity
                     •  Sales Rep responds to any correspondence from prospect
                     •  Proposal Specialist assists with any follow-up questions or Best & Final Offer(BAFO) requirements
                     •  If Superion is shortlisted:
                            o  Sales Rep updates the opportunity stage, adds any notes and begins demo scheduling
                                process
                            o  Sales Rep reviews proposal/specs response to prepare for demo
                     •  Win/Loss:
                            o  Sales Rep updates the opportunity stage, winning vendor, and reasons for loss in Salesforce
                            o  Proposal team requests copies of submitted proposals
