SUPERION – Sales Playbook
It’s really all about action – remember, your time is valuable. You’ve been pulled out of your territory and
given the opportunity to attend and work this event. It’s all about closing more business (or help the
company identify how it can make more sales).
• The Closer – always be prepared to offer something:
– We can show you a demo now if you have time.
OR
– I can scan your badge so we can send you information on our products.
Show’s over – it’s finally come to an end; but your work is not complete, just yet.
• Booth Dismantle – you are responsible for:
– Packing
– Shipping
Important reminders:
• Don’t dismantle early – the company may be penalized for early break down and it’s rude and
disruptive.
• Shipping labels – make sure you know where you’ve put the ones sent. You will need once all
equipment is repackaged.
• Packing up the booth – be careful with equipment to not bend, break or destroy. Particularly literature
and give away items which are costly and should be reused at future events.
• If you have questions, company contact information will be on the event summary for your
convenience.
Post show – you’re packed and on your way home. There is still a few final finishing touches.
• Feedback email – required post event to let the marketing team and management know of how the
event went, opportunities identified, how to improve for future events and justification if should
return again next year. Your feedback is critical to ensuring we spend and utilize company resources
