                 Demo Scheduling – Web Demos





















                 Typically a CSE (but can be an AE) can coordinate directly with Rick Anderson (the primary PC for inside
                 sales and web demonstrations).

                 Key Takeaways Regarding Demos:

                     •  The AE/CSE must work well with the PC to provide discovery and ensure the right equipment is
                        sent to the demo
                     •  Remember to work with marketing to pre-order and giveaways, literature or banners you would
                        like at the event. Some items may take a week+ to receive, so plan in advance and communicate
                        with them sooner, than later.
                     •  Be sure to review the demonstration script often and in advance of the meeting. While the PC is
                        conducting the meeting, ultimately you are responsible for the success and outcome.
                     •  Utilize OneNote during the demonstration to capture who said what, objections, key points, new
                        discussions, etc. Keep track of the ‘in the weeds’ details here in this documented Cloud workspace.
                        During the demo you can alert your manager to login and respond to any questions/issues that
                        may arise. Be sure to remember OneNote to capture all relevant information in a central spot.  To
