                 Customer Cases
                 Our Support team uses the Salesforce Service Cloud to track customer support cases. All
                 customer support cases are now maintained on a customer case object, which is visible on the
                 customer account and contact records and shows the type of case, priority and status. You can
                 drill to individual cases for more detail.



















                 Aging Information
                 The Netsuite Info section on the account indicates any Accounts Payable balances overdue.  This
                 is important information to review prior to upselling additional products.




















                 Prospecting Information

                 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) track all prospecting information by Product Line
                 on this related object.  You can drill to or report on the information you need regarding our
                 prospecting efforts.
