scoring. The Marketo Sales Insight widget on the Account, Contact, Opportunity and Lead records
gives the sales team a view into marketing activity being tracked in Marketo. This information
ensures Business Development and Sales are focusing on customers and prospects ready to buy.

Our Professional Services teams use OpenAir to track all aspects of implementation projects. The
integration between OpenAir and Salesforce sends status updates to the Account and Opportunity
records during the implementation phases.
