                 Clicktools is a centralized survey tool used for all departmental surveys. Clicktools logs survey
                 responses directly into Salesforce account and contact records, making the voice of the customer
                 accessible to everyone. Below is an example of customer support survey responses you might see
                 on an account or contact.

                 The Superion Finance and Distributions departments also use Salesforce to access important
                 information about our customers, such as who we bill and who our shipping contact is. These
                 addresses are on the Account record and must be populated before creating an Apttus quote.

                 Like all Vista portfolio companies, Superion has adopted the Vista Value Selling System (VVSS),
                 which incorporates both brand new and familiar processes for our Sales teams. VVSS is a sales
                 process and sales management system that ensures that all of the seller, sales manager, and
                 marketing activities involved in the sale are aligned with buyer behavior in order to create value for
                 customers and profit for Superion in a predictable manner.


                 The components of VVSS include specific sales activities in appropriate Salesforce pipeline
                 stages, marketing alignment, and sales methodologies that involve taking action with opportunity
                 sales plans, understanding marketable insights and sales strategy along with who your buyers are,
                 and sales reviews.
