                     •  If you are creating the task on a contact record, the contact name will default
                     •  If creating the task on an account, the account name will default


                 You can choose to send a notification email to the task owner by selecting Send Notification
                 Email. You can also schedule reminders, which will appear as pop-ups upon logging into
                 Salesforce.




























                 Logging Interactions
                 It is a best practice to track calls and interactions with your customers and prospects in Salesforce.
                 You can quickly log the interaction on the Salesforce record (Account, Opportunity, Lead, Case, or
                 Contact) by navigating to the Activity History section and clicking Log a Call. Complete the task
                 fields as explained above.
