                 RFP/RFI Information
                 The information in this section is used by the Proposal team to track RFPs that we bid and no bid.
                 When a Sales Rep determines an RFP will be released for an opportunity, it is important for them
                 to change the RFP Status field to Heads Up and indicate the approximate timeframe in the Heads
                 Up Date field, and to update the information as more specific information becomes known. This
                 critical information helps with resource planning.


                 Legal and Finance Sections
                 After a Sales Rep changes the stage to “Sales Complete,” Legal and Finance reviews take place.
                 Updates are made to the Legal and Finance sections on the opportunity. After Finance changes
                 the “Finance Review Status” field to Approved, the opportunity stage automatically changes to
                 “Signed” and the opportunity is closed/won.
