Yammer is a social networking platform for businesses and is our newest collaboration tool.

Why should you join?
• Share Your Opinion – this is a new platform where you can ask questions, state opinions, and
comment on the things happening in the company.
• Increase Collaboration – utilize groups and posts to collaborate with your colleagues in real time.
• Get Answers Fast – ever have a burning question that you don’t know who to ask about? Post it!
There’s often other people with the same question, and someone may even read your post who
can help answer your question.
• Reduction of Company Emails – Yammer can help free up your inbox as more communications get
shared through Yammer.
• Stay Informed – stay in-the-know about the latest happenings at Superion by simply checking your
newsfeed.
While the executive team will use occasional blogs, emails and town hall quarterly updates, Yammer will be
the primary channel for providing company updates.
We want to encourage conversation on Yammer but please use good judgment and avoid posting personal
updates – this is a business tool and not a place to read about wonderful recipes, holiday trips, or cars for
sale.
