As per previous conferences, the Hamilton Island program is all about family involvement. We look forward to
having as many families there as possible. Most events are child friendly with the excep on of the Conference
Session (Friday), Supplier Tradeshow (Saturday) and the Gala Dinner (Saturday Night). Children who are 16 or
older can join us at all of the above events, however this is currently not included in the Children’s Package Price
(addi onal costs will be incurred).

Depending on the number of children who register to a end the Program, a dedicated Kids Club maybe arranged for
the night of the Gala Dinner. Parents who have registered children will be contacted closer to the Conference dates
to discuss this possibility.

Hamilton Island also has a dedicated Kids Club that operates throughout the day from 8am ‐ 5.30pm that parents
may wish to u lise (addi onal costs will be incurred).
