“Rusty & Another Guy”

We are super excited to announce the return
of “Rusty and Another Guy” as the joint MC’s
for our 2019 DSD Na onal Conference.

For those that were in Queenstown for the
2017 Na onal Conference, you would be
familiar with both Rusty Bertha and Mike
McLeish (the Other Guy) who joined us as
MC’s for the first me. The overwhelming
response from those delegates that
a ended, sees the 2 of them join us again.

A little about our MC’s
A er 20 years as half of Australia’s favourite
musical comedy duo, The Scared Weird Li le
Guys, Rusty Berther (the li le one) con nues
the musical hijinks and slick silliness that
established The Scaredies as one of the most
sought a er corporate acts in the country.
The Scaredies have just finished an incredible
career which included an astonishing number
of shows – over 4500 in countries all over the
world – fes vals, comedy clubs, theatres,
universi es, countless television and radio
spots, corporate events, children's shows and
everything in between. However, all good
things must come to an end and Rusty and
John went out on a high with a successful
na onal farewell tour which le their legions
of fans shou ng for more.
Rusty now joins with the fabulous Mike
McLeish, an accomplished musical theatre
performer and improviser who famously
played Paul Kea ng in Kea ng the musical for
three years.

Together they con nue the tradi on of high
energy musical skill and heavenly harmonies,
blended with quick wi ed improvisa on and
song parodies that will entertain and amuse
any audience.
