Conference Itinerary

Thursday 14th March:
Welcome Party (6.30pm - 9.30pm)

A er arriving onto the Island earlier today, guests can relax and make use of the Island facili es including the
many pools surrounding the Hotel prior to the 2pm check in me.

Tonight’s Welcome Party will take place at the stunning Hamilton Island Yacht Club on the Bommie Deck.
Enjoy the views of the Marina and the sunset as we kick off the 2019 DSD Na onal Conference.

Various ‘Food Sta ons’ will surround the deck so you can choose from the variety of op ons. A local acous c
duo will entertain us throughout the night.

Friday 15th March:

Conference Session (8.30pm - 5.00pm)

The purpose of today’s Conference session is to push the boundaries of
your current thinking and expose yourself to wider business principles
and prac ces. We want to ensure that you are not simply gaining
insights into what the guy next door is doing, but what people are doing
around the globe, both in and outside of the Automo ve Industry.

Hear from leaders within our industry and also from those that sit
outside the industry about the ever changing dynamics of our fast
paced world.

Morning Tea, Lunch and A ernoon Tea will be provided throughout the
day.

Free Night (5.00pm onwards)

Enjoy tonight at your own leisure. The Islands picturesque bars, cafes
and endless restaurant op ons are all within walking distance of our
Hotel or take the complimentary shu le buses on offer.
