Conference Package Inclusions

Adult Package

The all-inclusive package includes;
- Return economy airfares from either Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide.
*Additional costs maybe incurred with departures from other airports.
- Return Coach transfers from Nadi Airport to the Hotel
- 4 nights’ accommodation staying at the 5 Star Sofitel Resort Spa & Hotel in a Luxury King or Double Room
- Full Buffet Breakfast each morning
- Welcome Cocktail Party including a substantial canape dinner and 3hr beverage package (Wednesday)
- 2 x Half Day Conference Sessions including morning tea & lunch (Thursday & Friday)
- Half Day Community Excursion to the local Primary School (Thursday)
- Beach Dinner including an International buffet and 3hr beverage package (Thursday)
- Fijian Twilight Island Party including yacht transfers, various water sports, BBQ Dinner, 5hr beverage package and a
live DJ (Friday).
- Gala Dinner including a 3-course dinner, 4hr beverage package and a live performance from Aussie Rock Legend

Twin Share Cost: $7285.00 (*Cost is for 2 People Sharing in same room)

Child Package
(*Based on a child u/17 in shared accommodation using existing the bedding (2 Double Beds) and accompanied by an Adult)

Child Cost: $1980.00 (*Based on a child u/17 & sharing accommodation with accompanying Adult)
We look forward to having as many families there as possible. Most events are child friendly with the exception of the
Conference Sessions (Thursday & Friday), and the Gala Dinner (Saturday Night). Children who are 16 or
older can join us at all of the above events, however this is currently not included in the Children’s Package Price
(additional costs will be incurred).

Depending on the number of children who register to attend the Program, a dedicated Kids Club maybe arranged for
the night of the Gala Dinner. Parents who have registered children will be contacted closer to the Conference dates
to discuss this possibility.

The Resort offers a Kids Club for children aged between 3 - 12. They offer three sessions daily: 9am till 12pm / 2pm till
5pm, / 7pm till 10pm. Sessions are priced from $25.00
Children will be able to enjoy complimentary sunscreen, water and fresh fruit snacks while at the Kids Club.
