Conference Itinerary

Wednesday 22nd July:
Welcome Party (8.30pm - 11.30pm)

What better way to kick-start the Conference than enjoying the beautiful Fiji climate and taking in the magnificent sur-
rounds of the stunning Waitui Beach Club at the Sofitel.

The exclusive Beach Club boasts an infinity pool, luxury cabanas for unwinding in, as well as a bar and restaurant. Guests
will enjoy poolside drinks and canapés whilst enjoying the local acoustic duo.

Thursday 23rd July:

Conference Session (8.30am - 1.00pm)

The purpose of today’s Conference session is to push the boundaries of your current thinking and expose yourself to
wider business principles and practices. We want to ensure that you are not simply gaining insights into what the guy
next door is doing, but what people are doing around the globe, both in and outside of the Automotive Industry.

Hear from leaders within our industry about the ever changing dynamics of our fast paced world. Morning Tea and Lunch
will be provided.

Community Excursion to the Local Primary School (1.30pm - 4.00pm)

The school excursion will be an event that will remembered for a very long time as we immerse ourselves into the local
Primary School’s culture as we make a difference to the lives of the students and their families.

Delegates will tour the school, hear stories from students and teachers, enjoy cultural dance and singing performances
from the students and most importantly integrate and share our own cultural experiences.

Beach Dinner under the Stars (6.30pm - 9.30pm)

After a truly rewarding day with the local Sabeto District students, delegates
will enjoy an Island themed buffet dinner on the Sofitel Beach Front.
Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, guests will literally feel the sand between their
toes as they dine under the stars.

A local acoustic duo will keep everyone entertained with some ‘chilled’ Beach
Boys classics along with other relaxed tunes.
