6.1 DLO Badge Pick-up:

DLOs may collect ID badges for their respective delegations upon
presenting proof of identity and signing a custody receipt. DLOs are
strongly encouraged to collect the badges for all members of their
     delegations in bulk.
Delegates who do not receive their ID badges from their DLO may collect
their badges at the APEC Registration Desk at The International Convention
Centre by presenting their passport or other valid photo identification.
Delegates are requested to display their APEC ID badges at all times.
     6.2 Lapel Pins
A meeting lapel pin will be provided to Ministers Responsible for
Trade or Heads of Delegation, Senior Officials, the APEC Secretariat
Executive Director, the ABAC Chair, Head of Delegation of each
APEC Official Observer (ASEAN, PECC, PIF), and Chairs of the
Committee on Trade and Investment (CTI), Economic Committee (EC),
Budget and Management Committee (BMC) and SOM Steering
Committee on ECOTECH (SCE), in order to expedite entry to all
venues, meetings and official events. These lapel pins will be given
to HELOs for appropriate distribution prior to the meetings.
     6.3 Meeting Overpasses

In addition to ID badges, meeting overpasses will be required to enter
the venues for SOM2 and MRT plenary sessions, with the
exception of lapel pin wearers, who will not be required to possess a
     meeting overpass.
For SOM2, each Economy delegation will be provided with 10 overpasses.
The APEC Secretariat, the ABAC Secretariat, the Observer Organizations,
and registered guests will be provided an appropriate number.
For MRT, each Economy delegation will be provided with 8 overpasses.
The APEC Secretariat, the ABAC Secretariat, the Observer
Organizations, and registered guests will be provided an appropriate
     number.
These procedures are intended to expedite access for authorized
delegates to restricted meetings, minimize inconvenience, and ensure
adequate and comfortable seating for all.
