7.1 Common Delegation Room
A Common Delegation Room will be available at the main meeting venue for
use by all meeting participants from 8AM to 8PM daily,
from 10th - 26th May 2018.
The Common Delegation Room will be equipped with computers,
multifunctional copiers and printers, wireless internet and basic stationery
supplies. The other main meeting venues will have a common delegation
room to service delegates requirements.
7.2 Bilateral Meeting Rooms
Bilateral Meeting Rooms will be provided for delegations at the main meeting
venues, upon reservation from 8AM to 8PM, between 14th to 26th May,
and has a room capacity of eight to twelve seats. Delegates should allow
15 minutes between bilateral meetings for room refreshment.
Bilateral Meeting Rooms must be reserved in advance by emailing a
completed Bilateral Meeting Room Booking Form or visiting the APEC
Information Desk located at the meeting venue.
Meeting rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Reservations and inquiries regarding bilateral meeting rooms may be
directed to:

On-site reservations for the use of the bilateral meeting rooms may also be
directed to the Host Economy Liaison Officer (HELO) or e-mailed to the
above-mentioned addresses.
7.3 Prayer Room
Prayer Rooms will be made available for male and female Muslim delegates
during SOM2 / MRT Meetings at the meeting venues. Delegates, who require
assistance to access the Prayer Rooms, should enquire at the APEC
Information Desk at the meeting venues.
