Our founders, Goldie and Jerry Lippman, instilled a culture of practicality, resourcefulness, perseverance, and

environment. This legacy continues today. Our Purpose of Saving Lives and Making Life Better Through Well-
being Solutions drives us to find ways to create Sustainable Value, and our 2020 Sustainable Value Strategies
and Goals illustrate how we live our commitment to sustainability.

With a continued focus on our 2020 Sustainable Value Strategies and Goals, the SWOW Team hosted the first
annual Sustainability Fair at GOJO Lippman, Plaza, and Wooster Campuses in April. GOJO team members had
the opportunity to learn more about our 2020 Sustainable Value Strategies and Goals and gain a better
understanding of SWOW and the sustainability initiatives taking place across the Enterprise.

Over 1,200 GOJO employees attended the 2018 Sustainability Fair—making this our most successful
SWOW event yet! Together, our commitment to Sustainable Ways of Working Today will create a Brighter
Tomorrow. Thank you to the GOJO team members who helped make the Sustainability Fair a success!
