Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
With reduced staffing compared to the other 3 shifts, D-team has ben able to do
what it takes to successfully multitask in both Mix and Dispense in order to ensure
the execution of both the mix and production schedules. The team works well
together and works on the other shift to keep production moving.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Everyone on D-Team has gone above and beyond to keep everything flowing
smoothly on not only our shift but also on the other shift by working overtime and
helping to train new techs in both Mix and Dispense.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Helped increase productivity in Mix and Chem Dispense as a whole with reduced
staffing compared to other shifts
