This was a high visibility/high pressure initiative. In spite of the high demands and
frequent changes demanded by the customer, the team wasted no time
complaining, rather, they focused their efforts on getting the job done with efficiency
and customer service in mind. This team DID WHAT IT TAKES to get this
enormous task completed!

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Over 207,000 Dispensers installed in 2017 for HPG hospitals and off-sites
o 337 installations
o 243 Site Surveys
o $9.31 per dispenser total costs vs. a $11.50 budget
o Averaged 10-15 HPG hospital installations a week during peak installation months
(May-Oct)
