Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
They will come out and re-time the entire capper from the inside out. They are very
detailed in making sure all the components are transferred efficiently and the
machine is running smoothly. So that we have minimal or zero downtime and are
able to run an increased bpm per shift. They will stay to make sure that any minimal
adjustments that need to be made to ensure optimal performance are made. They
also explain what and why they make certain adjustments to share knowledge and
help build a stronger more experienced GOJO. They also show the same effort on
other machines on the line, case erectors, fillers, and labelers ect.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
These 2 go above on beyond on making sure issues are resolved and stay on the
line to ensure that the problem is resolved completely and the line is running at an
optimal level. I work closely with these two on several issues and they have helped
me to broaden my knowledge and skills. They both are extremely focused and
experienced when it comes to diagnosing technical issues, and then resolving them
in the best possible way.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
These individuals exhibit broad knowledge on deciphering mechanical issues and
resolving them in the quickest most possible way.

CONTRIBUTERS:
The whole maintenance department is great, but Andrew Linn and Clint Grogan
really stand out in there day to day dedication in making GOJO the best.
