PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
This team comes in each day and does what it takes to keep GOJO always tour
ready. They do this will with little direction from leadership. This crew had 1 lead
for all 3 shifts providing them with direction via emails. If there wasn't something
specific that needed done on a particular day/night they just knew what needed to
be done and made sure it was taken care of.

In 2017 the team replaced all anti-fatigue matting in the MC over the course of the
year as a cost savings. By replacing the mats we bought them instead of renting
them so the was a 1 time cost instead of monthly.

The painting crew collaborates with all departments in GOJO to ensure whatever
needs a fresh look had it.
Crew collaborates with production daily and paints equipment in production down
time.
Worked with DC to paint new incoming dock lanes, painted special EPA scrap
locations.
Worked with CNS to paint caution signs on floor so associates are aware of low
pipes while working under tanks.
Painted offices at the Plaza as well as offices at the MC(this was done by
contractors in 2016)
Safety reaches out to the crew with projects they see need attention all to help
keep our employees safe.

The cleaning crew collaborates with Production everyday. They ensure all
trash/cardboard dumpsters are never overflowing. They keep scrap soap/Purell
hoppers empty and available for production. Also removes scrap pallets from the
Production floor.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.

This crew has a helping hand in every visitors first impression. Whether that visitor
is a FDA auditor or a potential customer. All of our guest come in saying how bright
and nice our facility looks. The walls at the MC are white and that is not something
easily maintained in a manufacturing environment. But with the help of this crew
our guest are pleased to see our facility.

You will rarely hear any grief from this crew they just come in each day and get the
