PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
We have went Green more than the eight shirts we have received for going Green.
QP5 have broken 4 records in 2017 and 3 of them was with Lori Roads as our PL.
We work as a team each and everyday, communicating, making sure we all are
aware of any issue the line may have. If someone is in need of assistance we
assist one an another. Productivity and Finish good are the impacts of Enterprise.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.

Our team is different because we don't have to be told what to do, we come
prepared and ready for whatever the day may bring. We do our best to solve
problems or issue we are having with our lines first before involving others.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
We break records, We go green,we have good number and good productivity.
