PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
I would also like to recognize the QP5 attack team for all of the help in support and
efforts to make this a more efficient line! This team, this line has broken several
production records for the 1 ounce bottles. Once this bottle was brought back in-
house, this line being the only line that runs this bottle, took that challenge and
responsibility head on. This team, this line, are examples of what can be
accomplished with patience, communication, and respect for one another!

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
The are several behaviors that separate this team from other teams in the plant.
Most importantly, is the ability to remain proactive and communicate properly with
maintenance and other shifts to prevent small issues "snowballing" into bigger more
costly issues.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
As a result of this team's continuing effort to improve production and cross shift
communication, the QP5 team was able to remain one the top performing
productions line in the plant.
