PROFILE:
Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
Throughout the year there are many times when the QC Raw Materials team is
asked to work over time and/or weekends (usually at the last minute) to make sure
that any needed chemical is released so that we avoid shutting down production. A
recent example was when they were asked to come in a Saturday to make sure a
shipment of a critical chemical arriving that day was put on micro test to release as
soon as possible.
Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
The team is always willing to do whatever it takes to keep production running and
the never complain or question what needs to be done.
What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
The team is always extremely responsive when asked to jump through hoops to get
chemicals released in time for production.
