Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
This team can go through two (2) or three (3) full (63,000lbs) tanks within their shift.
This team has and will continue to break records and 'GO GREEN' daily. I believe
this team has helped improve the ROBOT capabilities. We have worked very close
with the Project Engineers during Line Trials, improving the speed, how the line run,
and how to make the line run better.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.

Almost every day, with this team, is a `GO GREEN? day . We strive to get NO
downtime each and every time we run. THE GREEN TEAM
This team take pride in their work every single day. We almost double and/or triple
the productive from the off shifts.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
The RB1 crew is one of the BEST crews that I have the honor is working with. This
crew has beaten numerous of records. They beat three different records (1Gal,
20oz, and 2L) all with-in a weeks? time. More records through-out the year.
