Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
-During the period of Q2 - Q3 2017 shipping delays, Peg and Tony worked together
to ensure DC resources and expedited shipping methods were effectively deployed
to ensure key orders / shipments reached their destination in time to meet
distributor and end-user needs.
-Peg and Tony created efficient and effective tools for keeping BST?s informed on
the status of key orders and efficient ways for BST?s to communicate their needs.
-Peg and Tony listened to BST needs and identified innovate solutions for meeting
them.
-Peg and Tony paid attention to the details and executed with excellence.
-Peg and Tony epitomized what it means to rise to the occasion; and they did this
while also doing their ?day jobs?.

Describe in detail the individual's or team's notable behaviors.
Peg and Tony?s dedication to meeting BST and customer needs, their ability to
coordinate system and DC resources and their ability to stay calm and focused
under continuous pressure for over 6 months far exceeded what should be
expected of any employees. I feel there are few GOJO employees who could have
pulled off what they accomplished.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
Peg and Tony?s efforts resulted in significantly less distributor and end-user
disruption (vs. what might have happened without their herculean efforts).
Customer dissatisfaction, and likely resulting lost installations, would have been
significantly more acute had Peg and Tony not been able to execute the expedited
processing and shipping of these key orders.
