Describe the situation or event related to the individual's or team's performance.
CRM Roadmap Go-live Release 1 planning required amazing collaboration across a
number of VRs and Business Teams including New DAE, IT, HR, Business
Analysis, Commercial, Healthcare, IGA, and GOJO Rep Agencies. Enhanced
integration with current platforms (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Tableau), Sales Team e-
learning modules within GOJO LMS, training score-carding, a shared sponsorship
and adoption model, and sales data on the CRM account record are just a few
"firsts" related to CRM Roadmap Go-live Release 1. In every project, teams
needed to coordinate plans as projects moved along development, test, launch,
train, and follow-through paths.

All Release 1 functionality was launched as part of a coordinated approach
leveraging Change Management and shared sponsorship best practices. GOJO
employees completed 95%+ of required training, and metrics have shown a
significant increase in Mobile and Outlook adoption - so great work to all...
developers, testers, trainers, and users!
