The team met on a regular cadence to manage roles and responsibilities. This
proved very viable in making sure the required commitment was made across
different BSTs. The diverse competencies helped leverage the teams strengths in
communication, analysis, customer involvement etc.

Working successfully together across commercial and healthcare BSTs proved an
essential asset in completing the task.

What were the results of the individual’s or team’s behaviors?
The team successfully secured the Medbuy healthcare bid for an additional 5 years
and was able to pick up an additional 20% of the remaining member business. Total
bid is estimated over $15MM throughout the contract.
