ON-SITE WELL-BEING CLINIC
GOJO MANUFACTURING CENTER—LIPPMAN CAMPUS

On August 7th, the expanded On-Site Well-being Clinic located in the GOJO Lippman Campus
Manufacturing Center opened in its new location. GOJO has contracted with Cleveland Clinic Akron
General Medical Center (CCAG) to provide the clinic's infrastructure, supplies and physician services.
In October 2014, GOJO and CCAG partnered to pilot an onsite clinic that was located in a former first-
aid room and adjoining restroom. The clinic has operated two days per week, and approximately nine
hours per week. Services have been limited to non-occupational health for such things as minor first-
aid, flu shots, biometrics, and counselling.

With the continued success of the clinic, GOJO recognized that it was necessary to expand the clinic
space, services, and hours of operation. The newly expanded GOJO On-site Well-being Clinic space is
approximately 500 square feet and includes two exam rooms, a restroom, an office, waiting area, and
hearing booth. Nurse practitioners or other medical professionals from Cleveland Clinic Akron General
(CCAG) will staff the clinic.

GOJO team members will have access to a variety of health services, including biometric screening,
health coaching, smoking cessation, flu shots, first aid and other routine clinical tests such as for strep
throat. In addition, occupational health services such as drug tests, hearing tests, and occupational
safety and health monitoring will begin transitioning to the onsite clinic. All services will continue to be
provided at no cost to GOJO team members. Only GOJO regular status team members covered under
a GOJO healthcare plan can utilize the services of the GOJO On-Site Well-being Clinic. Team
members from other facilities, such as GOJO Plaza and GOJO Wooster Campus are eligible to use the
On-Site Well-being Clinic.

The expansion of the Clinic demonstrates our commitment to the well-being of our team members, and
we’re excited to continue this effort through the On-site Well-being Clinic. You may contact the Clinic at
