TECHNICAL INFORMATION PORTAL

The GOJO Technical Information Portal (GOTIP) was implemented to provide GOJO
team members with a centralized location to get the most up-to-date technical
information about GOJO products. GOTIP helps to improve customer service and
provides ease of access to information. In addition, GOTIP offers a way to easily identify
the appropriate workgroup email to contact for information that is not readily available in
a self-service format.

What is GOTIP?
The goal of GOTIP is to establish one location on myGOJO.com by which to access technical
information about GOJO products. On GOTIP, you have the option to access TechKnow, search
commonly asked questions, and access contact information for various products and product questions.
Barb Niemiller, GOJO Customer Service Representative, uses GOTIP for customer requests and
technical bulletins. For example, if a customer needs to know if they could use GOJO lotions with
PURELL® hand sanitizers and if it will impact the effectiveness of the sanitizer, Barb is able to access
questions such as this on GOTIP. And, it’s easy to use! You can search commonly asked questions,
and if you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can easily access the contact information for the GOJO
team member who can help you.

If you’ve never used GOTIP, I’d encourage you to check it out. “I think it would be a really useful tool for
anyone. It is the place you would go to get the most up-to-date information. I can’t get my job done
without it,” said Barb.

How to access GOTIP
GOTIP is a self-service process—this means you can access it and use it on your own. To access
GOTIP go to www.myGOJO.com>Product>GOTIP Portal/TechKnow or under GOJO Quicklinks.
You can search terms, common questions, and contact workgroups. If the information is not readily
available, and a contact is not identified, contact the GOTIP Core Team through the Feedback option on
the Portal, or by emailing GOTIP@GOJO.com.
