BENEFITS



               1. AUTOMATIC PAYROLL/DIRECT DEPOSIT
               Direct Deposit is mandatory for all employees. Pay can be deposited into one or more
               accounts at any commercial bank, savings and loan, or credit union. To begin or adjust
               your instructions for direct deposit, go to your Kronos homepage.


               2. HOLIDAY GIFT CARDS
               Our founder, Jerome Lippman, strongly believed that it is important for families and
               friends to break bread together on special occasions. Therefore, at Easter/Passover,
               Thanksgiving and the December holidays, all employees will receive a grocery store
               gift card so they can share a special meal with loved ones. Employees may
               designate their choice of store using BenefitFocus.


               3. ON-SITE FLU VACCINATIONS
               Once each year, optional flu vaccinations are administered by a medical care
               provider to any active regular status employee who chooses to be inoculated.
               Employees who decide that they would like to receive a flu vaccination can do so
               without charge. An announcement will be made at the appropriate season
               concerning the details of the program.

               GOJO makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the
               effectiveness or safety of flu vaccines and is not responsible for any loss or damage
               incurred in connection with the optional flu vaccines. In years where there is a
               shortage of the vaccine due to manufacturer or public health official limitations,
               GOJO may not be able to sponsor this option.



               4. ON-SITE WELLNESS FAIRS
               GOJO sponsors regular wellness fairs at GOJO work locations. Employees are able
               to have cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure screenings performed by health
               care professionals from a network hospital during their workday.  The screenings
               are complementary from GOJO and keep GOJO employees aware of key measures
               of overall health.  GOJO also sponsors on-site mammograms. Active regular status
               GOJO employees are eligible for these events.

               Full-time regular status GOJO employees with six months service may be
               reimbursed for 80% of their tuition expense at accredited educational institutions
               based upon state university rates. Program participation approval and course
               completion requirements apply. Applications for the program are available on the
               HROD website or from HROD at your location.


               6. SERVICE RECOGNITION AWARDS
               GOJO celebrates the contributions and continuous service rendered by its
               employees. Annually, awards are presented to employees who have achieved
               significant GOJO career milestones. Awards are available for three years and five
               years of service, and for each five years of service thereafter.  Service awards are
               presented to employees two times per year.
