3. Non-Exempt Paid Travel Time – GOJO Pay Practices
Non-exempt employees traveling on GOJO business will be paid for all travel time
whether or not the travel occurs during normally scheduled work hours. This includes
travel on Saturday or Sundays for GOJO business.
4. PAY DAYS
GOJO has defined the work week as beginning on Sunday and ending on Saturday.
For weekly paid employees, the pay period is one week and begins on Sunday and
ends on Saturday. For weekly paid employees, pay is one week in arrears paid
through direct deposit every Friday after the end of the pay period. Bi-weekly non-
exempt and exempt paid employees, pay is one week in arrears paid through direct
deposit every two weeks, with pay dates on Friday after the end of the pay period.
Employees with direct access to the HR/Payroll electronic timekeeping system will
not receive printed pay stubs and can access pay stubs on the system for review.
Any problems related to pay should be taken to your supervisor, who will contact the
appropriate person in Payroll.
5. PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS
City, state, and federal regulations require that certain deductions be made each pay
period from your earnings. Social Security and withholding of your federal, state and
local income taxes are four of these deductions. Since we are required by law to make
such deductions from all pay periods, you must report any change in the number of your
dependents that would affect the amount of taxes deducted and reported to the Internal
Revenue Service.
6. BONUS SYSTEM
All regular status full-time GOJO employees have the ability to earn a bonus based
upon work goals.
Weekly paid regular status Supply Chain employees and designated bi-weekly paid
non-exempt Supply Chain roles, see your supervisor for the current bonus system
program. Participation eligibility is described in the Supply Chain Bonus Program
