EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

               1. THE GOJO TEAM
At GOJO, work is completed in teams, by teams, and through teams. In the first three
months of your employment or transfer to a new position, your supervisor will work with
you to orient you to GOJO ways of working, including team orientation, policies and
procedures, and specific training related to your position. During this time, you and your
supervisor will work closely together to discuss your onboarding, performance, and future
               development within GOJO.

               2. RULES OF CONDUCT
When any large group of people is gathered together, basic rules of conduct are
necessary to ensure efficient operations. At GOJO, you were hired with the
expectation that you are mature enough to know right from wrong. Many employee
handbooks contain conduct violations for which employees can be disciplined or
terminated. We do not think it is necessary to list examples of unacceptable behavior
because we feel it is fair to assume that all of us are aware of proper standards of
conduct and will operate by our stated values.

While misconduct is not a prerequisite for terminating the employment relationship,
whenever proper conduct is violated, it can result in disciplinary action up to and
               including termination.

               3. WORKPLACE MONITORING
Workplace monitoring may be conducted by the Company to ensure quality control,
employee safety, security, and customer satisfaction. Electronic devices issued by
GOJO to employees are the property of the Company. Employees are not entitled to
an expectation of privacy with respect to company property. As such, electronic
device usage may be monitored or accessed. Additionally, desks, lockers and
storage areas may also be inspected and monitored.

The Company may conduct video surveillance of non-private workplace areas. Video
monitoring is used to identify safety concerns, maintain quality control, detect theft
and misconduct, ensure compliance with company policy or practice, and discourage
or prevent acts of harassment and workplace violence.

Because the Company is sensitive to the legitimate privacy rights of employees, the
Company strives to perform workplace monitoring in an ethical and respectful Employment
               manner. Information
                                                                                                      P a g e | 7

               4. SEARCH
Without any prior announcement, GOJO has the right to inspect its premises and
anything that comes onto the premises. In the event that items prohibited by law are
found in a routine inspection of GOJO premises, items found will be turned over to
the appropriate law enforcement agency, with a detailed report of where, when, and
circumstances under which the prohibited items were found.
