                                                                        MADELINE ZAK’S GOJO CAREER

Pictured Above: Madeline Zak (center on couch) with
       her family.

When Madeline Zak started working for GOJO in 1987,
the entire company operated out of what is now GOJO
Lippman Campus. At that time, manufacturing was
running first and second shift only. Madeline started
her career at GOJO supervising all areas of
Manufacturing. Throughout her nearly three decades of
service at GOJO, Madeline has worked in various
areas of manufacturing, including production services
       and packaging.

       “It’s been exciting and sometimes nerve-wracking –
being a part of the growth here at GOJO. When I first
started, we had three bag-in-box lines and one lotion
line. Now there are 28 lines total.” Madeline had the
privilege of meeting and working with GOJO founder,
Jerry Lippman. Speaking of Mr. Lippman, Madeline
said, “You wanted to work for him. He was always here
working. He was always looking for a way to save
money, to save even just a dime. I mean, look at what
he’s built—his legacy. GOJO is a great place to work
for. Mr. Lippman, Joe and Marcella - they’ve all been
       great.”

Madeline has three children and four grandchildren ranging from a month old to 16 years old. “My
favorite part of being a grandma is giving them what they want and then I can send them home! My
grandkids keep me going,” said Madeline. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids
and watching them participate in their extracurricular activities. After she retires, Madeline hopes to travel
       and spend time with family.

Thank you, Madeline, for nearly three decades of commitment to GOJO!
