From performance planning to performance appraisal, the PMP provides you with
               tools and resources for success. You and your supervisor will identify goals for you to
               work on during the year. Regular one-on-one meetings with your supervisor further
               support you by encouraging good communication, planning, and measurement. On-
               going feedback and coaching will help you improve your results and your
               effectiveness. At the end of the year, you and your supervisor will review your
               achievements and measure your results.

               7. WORK ASSIGNMENTS
               Normally, you will be assigned to a specific position. However, you may be
               reassigned as deemed necessary in accordance with business necessities.


               8. PAY ADVANCEMENTS
               GOJO does not make payroll advances to employees. It is also against Company
               Policy for employees to borrow funds from supervisors or other members of
               management.
