9.   EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
               The Employee Handbook is distributed to all employees of GOJO solely for the
               purpose of providing them with a broad overview of the Company's routine policies
               and procedures. The contents of this Handbook are not intended to be, nor shall it be
               construed to be a guarantee or a contract of employment opportunity between GOJO
               and its employees.

               GOJO employees are at-will employees. The Company retains the right to terminate
               employment at any time with or without cause. No manager or other representative
               of GOJO has the authority to make any oral or written statements or promises that
               expressly or impliedly constitute a contract or guarantee of employment
               opportunities. If such unauthorized statements or promises are made, they are
               hereby disclaimed and notice is hereby given that they should not be relied on by any
               prospective or current employee.
