11. SUMMER STUDENT AND SEASONAL WORK PROGRAM
Dependent children of full-time regular status GOJO employees may be eligible to
participate in the Summer Student and Seasonal Work Program. This program
provides valuable work experience for students during scheduled breaks in their
education, e.g., summer and vacations during the school year. Student applicants
must be at least sixteen (16) years old and have a scheduled return to school date.
Program participation may be limited based upon positions available and business
               conditions.

Students with good work performance may be able to continue to participate in the
program until completion of their formal education.

               12. THE GOLDIE AND JERRY LIPPMAN EDUCATION GRANT
In honor of the commitment GOJO Founders Goldie and Jerry Lippman had to
learning, an educational grant was established to help the children of GOJO
               employees attain their educational goals.

GOJO will provide an annual education grant of $1,000 to the dependent children of
full-time active regular status employees who have a minimum of three years of
service. This grant award will be given to each dependent child who meets the
               eligibility requirements.

Review the Education Grant Policy or contact Human Resources at your location for
eligibility requirements. Once you have established that you and your dependent
child are eligible to apply for the grant, complete the Grant Application form and
               submit to HROD.

               13. UNIFORMS
If your supervisor authorizes the wearing of uniforms in your role, you will be
assigned a uniform locker and a sufficient number of uniforms. Laundering and
cleaning of uniforms will be arranged at the Company’s expense. Employees are
responsible for replacing lost or stolen uniforms and for maintaining the good
condition of the uniforms. At the termination of your employment, all uniforms must
be returned to the Company. Your final paycheck will be held, or reduced for the
uniform value up to the limits allowed under federal or state ordinances, until all
uniforms issued to you are returned or payment is received to cover the cost of
               replacements.

                                                                                                     Working at GOJO
