Rather than listing every possible combination of appropriate business casual attire,
               we assume that you will take pride in your professional appearance and will dress
               appropriately for work. If you do wear apparel that is too casual, your supervisor will
               inform you and you should make adjustments for the future.


               4. EMPLOYEE PRODUCT PURCHASE AND GIVEAWAY PROGRAM
               Regular status GOJO employees may purchase products manufactured, sold or
               distributed by GOJO at special, reduced prices. In addition, products may be made
               available at no charge. Product giveaway information will be communicated to
               employees.

               GOJO makes these products available to you through either our Employee Product
               Purchase program or through the Product Giveaway program. Products are for your
               personal use and are not for resale or any other commercial use. Direct or indirect
               resale of these products by employees may result in disciplinary action up to and
               including termination.

               Products may be purchase by completing an Employee Purchase Program Ordering
               form available from myGOJO.com. Send the completed form by email or by
               interoffice mail to the individuals listed on the template. After submitting your order,
               you will be notified of the cost. Payments must be received prior to delivery of
               product. Cash or check (made out to GOJO Industries) must be sent to the
               Payroll contact at your work site. Products for GOJO Plaza employees will be sent to
               GOJO Plaza and must be picked up at the Lower Level. GOJO Lippman Campus
               employees will pick up their purchases at the mail hub.

               Any employee leaving the facility with product must have an authorized material
               pass. Any employee obtaining products – purchased or giveaway - without a properly
               authorized material pass may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including
               termination. Ordering samples for personal non-business use is not authorized.



               5. LEAVE DONATION PROGRAM
               GOJO maintains a leave donation program to allow employees to voluntarily provide
               assistance to their co-workers who find themselves without sufficient paid leave
               (vacation days) during a warranted medical condition of the employee’s immediate
               household family member (spouse or child).

               GOJO employees may donate paid leave to any employee who is eligible to
               participate in the leave donation program. For more information, refer to the Leave

               6.  LOCKERS
               Available lockers may be used by employees in the manufacturing and distribution
               area. As the number of available lockers is limited, when you see a locker is
               available, notify the Supply Chain Unit Administrative Coordinator of the number of
               the locker you will be using. Please keep your personal items, coats, and personal
               protective equipment, when not in use, in your assigned locker rather than at your
               workstation. GOJO is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged property.
